VOCO Remin Pro forte

Remin Pro® forte is a protective dental care product with fluoride and hydroxy apatite, together with extracts of ginger (Zingiber officinale) and curcuma (Curcuma xanthorrhiza). Scientific studies have confirmed the antimicrobial potential of ginger and curcuma extracts, in particular as an antibacterial agent against oral microorganisms (especially against streptococcus mutans) with an anticariogenic effect also being described. The anti-inflammatory components of curcuma and ginger also support the healing and regeneration of irritated mucous membranes, as in the case of aphthous ulcers. Like Remin Pro, Remin Pro forte contains tooth-like hydroxy apatite and fluoride. The natural calcium and phosphate ions contained in hydroxy apatite strengthen the tooth by neutralising the acids occurring in the oral flora. The fluoride (1450 ppm NaF) supports remineralisation and also helps protect against harmful acid attacks. In addition, the xylitol also contained in the cream has cariostatic properties.
