THRIVE is a unique six month business coaching programme that has been specifically designed to help you look inside your business to see how effectively it is operating - and then delivers simple changes that can have a dramatic impact on your business profitability. Working with our specialist consultants, THRIVE allows you to analyse the everyday business data held within your EXACT practice management system and benchmarks it against carefully selected Key Performance Indicators.

The findings are then delivered in an easy graphical format, and key issues pinpointed, to provide you with invaluable, instantly actionable insights about your practice.

THRIVE is based on a collaborative approach, with our consultants sharing the findings in a one to one goal setting meeting. This is followed up with an Action Plan, including key recommendations and priorities.

The THRIVE consultant then works closely with your practice to help achieve improvements. Webinars and workbooks help educate and train your team in critical aspects of business management.

When the six months are up, your business should be able to continue to independently prosper by following the best practice learnings you have absorbed. However, some businesses are so impressed with the deep impact that the services deliver, they choose to keep THRIVE running.
