Sirona SIRONiTi Air+

SIRONiTi Air+ enables root canal preparation without an additional bench unit, as the contra-angle handpieces can be attached directly to the micromotor of the treatment center. These contra-angle handpieces have a torque control with a choice of 5 levels and can be used with all standard nickel-titanium file systems. Advantages include:

• Suitable for all standard nickel-titanium (NiTi) file systems
• 5 torque levels
• Easily set directly on the contra-angle by turning the preselect ring
• Retro-rotation prevents the file becoming jammed in the root canal if excessive torque is used
• Robust and durable due to the gold-plated magnet coupling
• Torque CARDs provide the recommended torque level for each of the files in the selected file system

When used with an air motor, the SIRONiTi Air+ produces the optimum speed for endodontic treatment. When the SIRONiTi Air+ is used with an electric motor, file systems with a higher permissible speed can be used, as the SIRONiTi Air+ has a maximum rpm of 600 at a motor speed of 40,000 rpm.
