LUKACast S
The LUKACast S is the world's smallest vacuum casting machine (weighing only 27kg) that will quickly and precisely cast all dental alloys up to 2,000 degrees Celcius. Its 3.5kW (230V, single-phase) microprocessor controlled induction generator ensures thorough mixing of metals. Alloys can be melted under vacuum and with argon gas. It maintains homogeneity with minimal wall thickness and all muffle sizes can be used. After melting, it is possible to cast with argon under pressure to optimise the fill without oxidation. The LUKACast S is easy to operate and will even phone you if a problem occurs via its GSM-modem. Ceramic crucibles with graphite inserts for all common dental alloys are available as well as an external water tank for cooling.
