Lava™ Plus High Translucency Zirconia

3M ESPE Dental has made its complete system for high translucency zirconia restorations, including its patented shading liquids, available for open-source milling. Lava™ Plus High Translucency Zirconia is now available for any CAD/CAM system that accepts 98mm diameter discs and three thicknesses - 14mm, 18mm and 25mm - are now available. The zirconia discs are also available in two popular formats - with and without a step - and are based on the same material technology as the Mill Blank (frame) formats for Lava Milling Systems. With this foundation, Lava Plus Discs and Lava Plus Mill Blanks offer the reliability and high performance for which the Lava brand is renowned. The system offers a wide range of dyeing liquids with 18 shades to match the VITA classical A1 - D4 shade guide and two additional bleach shades. Two shading options - dip shading and natural gradient shading - give labs flexibility and total control of the level of aesthetics.
