Trust the Troll - new name, same great service

Trollplast Pty Ltd, established in Australia in November 1981, has a new trading name. "TrollDental better reflects our renewed focus on the dental industry, while retaining the well loved 'Troll' identity," said Managing Director Hans Ravik.

"TrollDental's mother company is in Sweden and we now have subsidiaries in 12 countries around the world from Europe to Asia and South America. We pride ourselves on supplying only the best quality, innovative products and the vast majority of our products are developed and manufactured in Sweden - known for its superior quality in workmanship and design.

"The primary focus of the business has always been on innovative, unique and superior quality products and great importance is and has always been placed on offering the best possible customer service. All staff know the product range thoroughly, and are happy to get back to the customer with answers to any of the more 'curly' questions.

"Our very first customer, from Sydney's Double Bay, remains a customer to this day, almost 24 years later. This is the trend with the majority of our customers - they stay for the duration of their practice," Mr Ravik said. "Some even stay customers after they have retired from active practice."

Situated on the far north coast of NSW in Alstonville, 30kms from Byron Bay, TrollDental's office and warehouse is in a semi-rural setting. One of TrollDental's newest products, TrollWipes, was inspired by the native rainforest trees of the area and hence is lemon myrtle scented.
