Titanium hybrid base prosthetic solution

Implant Prosthetics New Products

The new improved titanium hybrid base prosthetic solution is now available for screw-retained and cement-retained implant restorations.

The new design features of the high strength biocompatible solution include:

  • BaseLock™ anti-rotation ensuring zero rotation of the restoration;
  • Control of the cement gap. The cement gap is only present on the pillar of the cylinder and fades to zero at the shoulder (0.04mm pre-set software parameter), enabling a perfect fit with no gaps where the crown meets the titanium base;
  • Available for all the major dental implant systems in the market and delivered with a prosthetic screw with the same design and coating as the manufacturers'
  • Full design flexibility enabled by the 40 degree chamfer directly from the implant platform. This also ensures full consideration of the emergence profile of the restoration;
  • Optimal surface roughness for cementation and cement retention grooves provides secure mechanical retention of the restoration; and
  • The design of the low cylinder and slim shoulder facilitates solutions in complex cases.
