With a program of completely new material developed specifically to address the challenges faced by Australian and New Zealand dentists, the Queen of Practice Management, Jennifer de St Georges, is heading back for a four city tour.
After a sellout session at FDI last September with the maximum 800 attendees packing the lecture hall, Ms de St Georges has experienced first hand the current issues local dentists are facing and is uniquely positioned to deliver solutions.
She has a unique global perspective, lecturing and consulting extensively in her native UK, from her new home base in the USA and throughout the world as the principal practice management speaker and adviser for FDI World Dental Federation.
The Practice Management for the 21st Century event being staged by Dental Education Seminars will enable all participants to experience a unique interactive relationship with the World's #1 practice management expert. Information will be delivered in a clear and concise manner and then clarified and crystallised on the spot at question time throughout the event.
Joining Ms de St Georges are Drs Phillip Palmer and Michael Sernik, who work with Australian dentists every day through the Prime Practice management consultancy. Drs Palmer and Sernik have been working with Ms de St Georges for several months to ensure the programme delivered will provide information on world's best practice in dental management while at the same time, be tailored to uniquely reflect the Australian market.
"Jennifer does't pack any punches when it comes to delivering real information on practice management," said Dr Palmer. "As a speaker, consultant and dentist myself, I have nothing but praise for the presentation style and content developed by Jennifer for this programme.
"Dr Michael Sernik and myself have been working to ensure there is a real continuity of the information delivered in this event so that all attendees walk away knowing what areas can be immediately addressed in their practices and a clear idea of how to move ahead.
"I cannot stress enough how disheartening it can be to attend an education program and hear lots of different opinions from lots of different people and spend the next six months trying to work out who knows best.
"Practice Management for the 21st Century is all about delivering very practical information, tips and advice to address the global problems endemic to private practice dentistry. The goal is for dentists and their staff to be empowered by the information rather than in a quandry as to who said what. I am certainly very excited about participating in this event and hope to see as many people as possible attending."
The evening and a day format of Practice Management for the 21st Century is viewed as ideal by Ms de St Georges for transfering knowledge and skills to participants that will ensure maximum retention and subsequent implementation in their practice.
