Thai University orders 300 A-dec 300s!

Rangsit University in Bangkok, Thailand has purchased 300 new A-dec 300 chair-mounted dental units. The equipment will serve in the first private dental university in Thailand.

"I am proud for the University to be the first school with the A-dec 300. We look forward to being a showcase," said Dr Suchada, the Dean of the school. Dr Suchada has studied in the US and was therefore familiar with A-dec. She came to the United States for a tour of the A-dec factory and confirmed the purchase just before the product launch. When asked why she selected A-dec, she said: "A-dec is simple, sturdy and (has) low maintenance cost. By talking to A-dec people, I found out the products are made through passion and dedication. That's all we need." A-dec dealer Dental-Siam worked with the University for two years leading up to the decision and product choice. "The after-sale service reputation of Dental-Siam overcame strong competition from higher and lower priced competitors," Eddie Soong, A-dec Territory Manager for Thailand said. The equipment is due to start shipping in May of 2009.
