Rural Australia is often forgotten by businesses that find it far more profitable to service customers in the higher concentrations of the big cities.
In an effort to redress the balance and ensure the bush has access to the latest dental product, service and equipment developments, ten dental companies have gotten together to organise two roadshows in May and June in country New South Wales.
William Green will show dental units, digital x-ray systems, intraoral cameras, autoclaves and other equipment; Dentaurum will show its range of orthodontic and lab products; Innova will show the latest developments in implantology; Dentavision will show its range of dental consumables; Whitely Chemicals will show its infection control products; Software of Excellence will show its Exact dental software; High Tech Laser will show both hard and soft tissue lasers; Designs for Vision will show its loupes and Leica microscopes; and Medfin will be on hand to provide a range of financial services and HESTA superannuation will advise on wise investment for dentists and staff.
The first roadshow will head south of Sydney and visit Wollongong May 20; Canberra May 21; and Albury May 22. The second will head north to Newcastle on June 3; Coffs Harbour June 4; and Armidale June 5.
The shows will take place in central venues in each location and will be a casual format of drinks and finger food from 6-9pm each evening.
