The Peak Performance Training (PPT) modules, have been developed and presented through the collaboration of dental professionals and business leaders to improve levels of service and communication between staff and patients. The modules are presented as 1-2 hour workshops and conducted onsite to reduce your cost and to minimise interruptions to your day.
PPT consists of six modules that were developed based on the common requests and needs indicated by practitioners. They include Customer Service Skills, Telephone/Reception Skills, Internal Marketing, Recruitment and Induction Procedures, Care and Maintenance of Dental Instruments and Oral Hygiene Education Services. The workshops are tailored to your dental practice enhancing staff responses and interaction, generating immediate progress toward your goals.
The cost* of $489.50 (incl. GST) per 2-hour module and $275 (incl. GST) for the 1-hour module includes the onsite training workshop, training manual for each staff member, a pre-workshop telephone contact to tailor the course to suit your specific needs and a post-workshop telephone contact to address any issues arising from the session. All profits are donated to the Orthodontic Trust, which supports orthodontic teaching in the Dental Faculty at the University of Sydney.
