This new extended support service has been introduced to better serve dentists across the country. Depending on individual needs, varying support levels may be chosen.
The company is making a number of "exciting" changes to its Australian operations and 24 hour support is the first of these. The company is also moving to a dealer model for sales of the popular software with current employees becoming distributors.
Walena Sarandoglou, the Queensland and northern NSW manager, will now devote her extensive knowledge and experience within the dental industry as an independent distributor.
Elizabeth Donaldson, who manages Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, will use her background in dental, medical, marketing and computers to similar ends.
Walena and Elizabeth will continue to look after their existing clients as well as new software sales. They are delighted with their decision to become independent distributors of the EXACT dental software program and look forward to continuing the excellent relationships they have developed with their clients.
In addition Software of Excellence Australia welcomes Karen Barclay to manage New South Wales. Karen has recently moved to Sydney from the UK where she managed EXACT in the south of England. Karen previously worked with another leading dental software company and was also involved in the privatisation of dental practices throughout the UK.
