Race improves customer relations in Q

Race Dental Laboratory has expanded into Queensland, appointing Ms Sandy Moore as its new customer relations manager to offer dentists and their staff comprehensive customer service.

Ms Moore underwent extensive training at Race Dental Laboratory in Sydney and is now based in Caloundra, servicing dentists from the South East to FNQ. "Sandy has introduced the use of ShadeVision, a mobile custom shade taking device, to dentists in their practices," said Brad Race, director of Race Dental. "This has contributed greatly to Queensland dentists now being confident in sending aesthetically demanding anterior cases to Race. Rather than sending patients to the nearest laboratory for shades; dentists are now in a position to have Sandy come out to their surgeries and have her professionally take the custom shade." And it works. "To get the correct shade can be a frustrating and sometimes a hit-and-miss exercise. Then communicating it to the ceramist can be another matter entirely. Thanks to Sandy's shade taking service using the ShadeVision technology, the task is made easy for me and my patient," said Dr Alex Lee of KR Dental.
