PSG buys Guardian Dental

Pacific Smiles Group has acquired Guardian Dental and the Parramatta Denture Clinic, both located in the Sydney suburb of North Parramatta, from Race Dental.

The Centre, to be rebranded as Pacific Smiles Dental, North Parramatta includes five surgeries and provides a comprehensive list of services including general, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

CEO of Pacific Smiles Group, John Gibbs confirmed that the acquisition of Guardian Dental, North Parramatta and the Parramatta Denture Clinic is the first Pacific Smiles Dental Care Centre to open in the Western Sydney region. The acquisition in North Parramatta brings the total number of dental centres owned and operated by Pacific Smiles Group to sixteen. They are located throughout New South Wales and Victoria.
