PracticeWorks expands customer support team

PracticeWorks have announced an exciting new approach to complete customer care.

"We're strengthening our already excellent telephone and on-site software support department with the expansion of the PracticeWorks team," said Managing Director Mac Swift. "We would like to introduce two new additions to our customer care team, Ms Alayne Waldie and Ms Amber Hardman. These two highly trained young ladies will be the new faces of PracticeWorks. From sales demonstrations and on-site training to a complete after sales support service, Ms Waldie and Ms Hardman will ensure a smooth move into PracticeWorks Dental Software for both the dentists and staff. Both ladies are highly trained dental professionals and the combination of this, the talents of our existing support staff and the best software package available on the market today, will make PracticeWorks a formidable team for the future."
