Planmeca awarded in design contest

Planmeca awarded in design contest The Planmeca ProMax maxillofacial X-ray unit was awarded in the recent iF.CHINA design contest along with 50 other products including cellular phones, digital cameras and water purifying devices.

The jury panel of the iF.CHINA award consisted of independent and respected design experts from China and Germany. The Planmeca ProMax was praised for its language of form as well as choice of materials and advanced and unique technology: usability is supported by the unit's open patient positioning concept and the robot arm enables free formation of imaging technology, which guarantees excellent functionality and upgradeability. All imaging programs are ergonomically managed with a touch panel, which has a graphic user interface.
