New technical products manager for Morita

Morita has appointed Mr Steven Crosby to the role of Technical Product Manager for Australia and New Zealand based in their Sydney office.

Mr Crosby will provide direction for technical support, strategy and training on Morita's product range for Morita's customers and exclusive distributors Henry Schein Halas and Henry Schein Shalfoon. Mr Crosby has over ten years experience in the IT industry and brings with him a fresh quality driven perspective on the dental industry. The continued growth of Morita and their range of high tech products such as their 3D cone beam x-ray systems has instigated the requirement for a service driven technical support structure. Mr Crosby brings with him the skills and experience to achieve Morita's goals. Working closely with Donna Forrest, Morita's Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr Crosby is currently involved in the deployment of a new global website for Morita. "Morita have continued double figure growth over the last 9 years and it is critical that we increase our support to our exclusive distributor(s) as our business grows. Technical support and training are key, however so is building strong mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. So I am looking forward to contributing to our distributors growth and assisting our customers with new and innovative ways of delivering quality dental care."
