After 6 months of planning and implementation, the newly refurbished Oasis National Support and Training Centre was recently opened in the Melbourne suburb of Ringwood.
The refurbishment and recent implementation of new call centre, customer support and remote access technologies represents a $200,000 plus commitment by Software of Excellence to the ongoing support of Oasis Software in Australia.
The former Melbourne-based national support centre had been struggling for space as a result of new employees joining the team and several existing staff members relocating to Australia from Software of Excellence's other offices in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
The refit has resulted in a new dedicated support facility and increased space for administration and development plus a new training facility.
