New NSW/ACT State Manager for Ivoclar Vivadent

Ivoclar Vivadent has promoted Doug Stuart to the position of State Manager for NSW and ACT. Mr Stuart has over 19 years experience in the dental industry.

With a background as a dental technician, he joined Ivoclar Vivadent as a Technical Sales Representative in 2001. Since joining Ivoclar Vivadent, he has been successful in developing a loyal following of customers and he quickly progressed to most recently managing the laboratory business for the state. Mr Stuart assumed an additional role as the National CAD/CAM Specialist which involved specialised training at KaVo, Germany on the Everest CAD/CAM system and still maintains a support role for the Australian Everest users in the area of software and design. "I enjoy this CAD/CAM role due to my interest in computers and my knowledge of framework design," Mr Stuart said. His new role as State Manager commenced at the start of February 2008 and he has already implemented changes aimed at improving customer service to all NSW and ACT dentists and labs.
