New Momentum Practice Development Manager for Victoria

Momentum Management has appointed Ms Rikki Lucas to the role of Practice Development Manager for Victoria.

With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry in a variety of roles, Ms Lucas is passionate about motivating teams to achieve goals and providing workable solutions to practices and their teams. "Throughout my career, I have worked as a Practice Manager, Business Development Manager, Dental Assistant and Clinical Co-ordinator," Ms Lucas said. "I also have experience as a Product Specialist and Sales Manager in the dental implant sector. In my current role as Practice Development Manager, I am able to utilise my Diploma of Practice Management and vast experience to help practices realise and reach their peak potential."
