New direction for Gritter

Gritter Dental has established a sister organisation to assist with its ongoing expansion to service the Australian dental population.

"The new Gritter Direct fuses our well-established quality products and ongoing technical support with a new customer-focused dental equipment provider with experienced and professional sales consultants to provide the 'best of both worlds' to dental clinics Australia wide," said Gritter Dental Director, Leon Gritter. "Gritter Direct represents some of the world's best dental equipment products including Ritter dental systems, Dabi Atlante, Metasys suction and amalgam retention, MK Dent Handpieces and Villa Imaging."

According to Mr Gritter, one of Gritter Direct's priorities is the assurance that every dental product supplied has ongoing support throughout its lifetime. "Supported by the Gritter Point network and Gritter Dental, Gritter Direct will have the facility to ensure the support of it's products Australia-wide." Ms Yen Giang has been appointed Sales Manager for the new business. "Yen's years of service to the dental industry has given her a unique insight as to the needs of dental clinics," Mr Gritter said. "Coupled with her commitment to customer satisfaction, it makes her ideally placed to guide the activities of Gritter Direct to meet the requirements of each and every dental clinic."
