New 10-year IPS e.max® guarantee

With more than 150 million restorations placed, a survival rate in excess of 96% and over 15 years of experience, Ivoclar Vivadent has introduced a truly impressive guarantee for its flagship IPS e.max material range.

In order to let dental professionals obtain the full benefit of using IPS e.max, the company is now offering the dentist-dental technician team a 10-year guarantee on newly placed IPS e.max restorations. The IPS e.max guarantee is valid from 1 July 2020 and also applies retroactively for five years for dental restorations that were permanently placed on 1 July 2015 or later. The company said in a statement that "By choosing IPS e.max materials, you are making the right choice, because these materials have proven their long-lasting clinical performance on a daily basis. Our promise to you, the dentist and the dental technician, is now backed up by our guarantee. The laboratory will receive a once-off reimbursement or a replacement for the product, while the practitioner will be reimbursed for the replacement or repair of work previously accomplished.
