Momentum Management appoints a customer concierge

Momentum Management has appointed Ms Simone Mercuri to the newly created role of Client Liaison.

Momentum is dedicated to providing their clients with the same level of customer service as they would expect from a 5-star hotel and Ms Mercuri is the company's version of a concierge. Her role is to ensure their clients' needs are being met. Ms Mercuri has over 18 years of dental industry experience and as a practice manager, went through the Momentum Management Program on two occasions. Her excellent communication skills lead her to the role of trainer for a leading dental software company. Her understanding of the challenges of running a practice, the Momentum program and the dental industry provides Ms Mercuri with a unique ability to assist Momentum clients through their learning journey.
