MDSNQ opens new dental showroom for Townsville

Medical Dental Solutions NQ (MDSNQ) has opened its new A-dec equipment showroom in Townsville. The new showroom is centrally located at 51 Keane St, Currajong and has additional showroom space enabling complete dental units and other surgery equipment to be displayed.

MSDNQ co-principal, Jane Miller, said the new premises reflected MSDNQ's appointment as an A-dec equipment dealer - in addition to providing dental and medical technicians servicing all of North Queensland.

"The past year or two have been particularly busy for us as we have been supplying and installing equipment in a number of brand new dental clinics in Townsville, Mackay and other parts of North Queensland, in addition to the practices who we regularly provide technical support to," Mrs Miller said.

She said the new Townsville premises would help facilitate the continued expansion of the MSDNQ business and showcase the latest dental technology without dentists having to travel to a capital city.

"With the new showroom we now have a place for dentists to view the latest model A-dec equipment and dental cabinetry, together with the full range of W&H handpieces and sterilization equipment, Acteon digital imaging systems and Cattani compressors.

"Before we often had to show dentists through other dental practices using A-dec equipment. Now they can see the most popular models right here in the showroom to help with their choice of the style and model most suitable for their needs."

The new MDSNQ premises also includes expanded workshop facilities for servicing handpieces and portable dental equipment such as bench-top sterilizers as well as providing an emergency loan service for certain critical items.
