Levitch Design celebrates 25 years with $100,000 giveaway

LDA is celebrating 2014/15 as the 25th year of continuous service to the healthcare professions by giving away 4 Design Packages. This is a great opportunity to make your dream of your ideal practice come true in in the next year!

LDA was the first architectural firm to provide professional design services to the dental industry. They are unmatched in the dozens of creative innovations they have brought to the industry. In fact, it can be claimed that they have change the way the profession presents itself to the general public. For over 25 years, they have had the pleasure of working with some of the leading lights of the profession. The collaborations have resulted in modern practices that look and feel vastly different today to the walk-up, dim, frightening, cramped surgeries of the last century!

In addition to an award winning design reputation, LDA has extended its range of services to include full construction capability. To be able to design and build anywhere in Australia and New Zealand is a facility that many practitioners have requested. Over the past 25 years, LDA has worked with hundreds of practitioners Australia-wide. To mark the reality of this capability, LDA has officially changed its name from Levitch Design Associates to Levitch Design Australia. A small but significant realignment.

To celebrate these two milestones, LDA has a launched an on-line competition worth $100,000 that will see a winner drawn every 3 months for the rest of the year. Watch this space for the announcement of the winners! The 4 winners will be chosen in July 2014, October 2014 January 2015 and April 2015.

As well, to stimulate your vision of what your practice could look like, LDA have produced a 180 page “25 Years of LDA Design” book which will be available FREE to all applicants.

For the competition* the applicants will need to fill in an online entry form with their details (www.levitch.com.au/competition) and say in 75 words or less how a new practice would contribute to their professional growth. Each winner will receive:

1. Design and Documentation package normally valued at $25,000;
2. An onsite meeting with one of our Project Consultants to discuss your dream practice;
3. A detailed site measure and unique 14 point building inventory;
4. Realistic 3D Views of each room;
5. Detailed dimensioned schematic plans; and
6. Sample board of colours and surface finishes.

Once the above are completed, a fixed price construction quote will be provided.
