Ivoclar Digital previews new 3D printer at IDS

Ivoclar Digital used IDS 2019 to announce its new user-friendly and highly precise 3D printing system for use in dental technology.

The PrograPrint features a validated workflow and comprises materials and equipment for printing, cleaning and post-curing. The printing system is a new addition to Ivoclar Digital’s portfolio and complements the PrograMill milling equipment excellently. The highly precise 3D printer, PrograPrint PR5, is the heart of the system. The automatic material recognition and intuitive operation ensure a fully reliable printing process. The specially developed Homogeneous Light Processing (HLP) technology facilitates an even light output with the results having a high level of precision. The PrograPrint PR5 is slated for release later this year.
