Investec expands its team in South Australia

Investec has appointed Mr Jeremy Stagg to its specialist team of finance professionals in Adelaide.

Mr Stagg has worked in the banking and finance industry for 15 years, eight of those specifically in the area of finance for health professionals. "I think Investec is a very progressive organisation," he said. "They're always a step or two ahead of the game when there's new information that can affect their clients." Mr Stagg's initial interest in specialising in medical finance came from, as he tells it, "dealing with all the different practitioners - vets, dentists, GPs and various specialists - and learning about their areas of expertise. You're dealing with individuals, rather than businesses and they are a great bunch of people. They're in business, but they have a genuine interest in people's wellbeing and that was their driver when they got started. They become business people over time and I've had the opportunity to help them build their business so they can continue to help people."
