Hu-Friedy introduces new stainless steel primary molar crowns

Children's Dentistry New Products

Hu-Friedy has launched its range of stainless steel primary molar crowns onto the local market. Hu-Friedy Pedo Crowns can be purchased in an introductory kit or as individually sized crowns available in 48 sizes and packaged in refill boxes.

The crowns were developed to deliver consistent, accurate and predictable clinical outcomes and are pre-trimmed and crimped for quick and simple placement with a soft, adaptable gingival margin and lateral areas for effortless trimming and contouring.

Hu-Friedy Pedo Crowns also provide an accurate occlusal anatomy that mimics the natural tooth. This occlusal thickness also impedes abrasion and perforation. Additionally, the kits themselves boast clear lids, allowing for easier reordering. As a result, practitioners can be more effective and enjoy more time for value-added services, such as patient education and treatment planning.

"Paediatric dentists play an integral role in protecting the smiles of children," said Ron Saslow, CEO of Hu-Friedy. "Hu-Friedy understands that in order for these practitioners to deliver reliable clinical outcomes, they need the best product. Hu-Friedy Pedo Crowns are reflective of our passionate commitment to helping dental professionals perform at their best."
