Heraeus Kulzer appoints commercial manager

Heraeus Kulzer Australia has appointed Mr Michael Cuthbert as its new Commercial Manager responsible for Customer Service and Logistics.

"As part of Heraeus Kulzer's continuous efforts to improve customer service levels, Michael will be working on streamlining operations to improve customer satisfaction," said Heraeus Kulzer managing director Ken McInnes. "Michael brings with him a broad range of experience in sales, warehousing and customer service with the goal of a more efficient and effective operation to match our rapid growth in the market place. His marketing and management qualifications together with a sound grounding in quality control will be put to good use."
