Henry Schein acquires dental arm of Ebos

Henry Schein Shalfoon has acquired the dental distribution business of Ebos, one of its competitors in the New Zealand market, in a move to align its product portfolios with its sister company Henry Schein Halas in Australia.

The acquisition adds leading brands including KaVo, Scican, Ansell, GC, Planmeca, Morita, Kerr, SDI, Hu-Friedy and Coltene to Henry Schein Shalfoon's portfolio. Ebos' dental team members have also been retained.
