Gunz Dental expands customer service team

Gunz Dental has expanded its highly knowledgeable and friendly customer service team with the appointment of Ms Cindy Smith and Ms Sherine Ko.

Ms Smith comes brings over 8 years of dental experience to the position, having worked in practice as well as at Henry Schein Halas in customer service-related positions. Ms Ko has 6 years experience in the dental industry, with both chairside and reception/back office experience. As part of the usual Gunz Dental induction process, all new sales and customer service team members have undertaken a several weeks of product and procedural training prior to commencing their new responsibilities. Training is conducted by Gunz Dental's National Training Manager, Dr Rouel Vergara, DMD and is undertaken to ensure that all new Gunz team members continue the tradition of offering our customers product and procedural advice that is second to none.
