Gunz Dental announces technology service engineer

Gunz Dental has appointed Mr Len Tanne to the newly created role of Technology Service Engineer, based in its Sydney head office.

Mr Tanne is a welcome addition to our existing equipment team and will report to Mr Richard Etherton, Business Unit Manager - Equipment. Mr Tanne brings to Gunz Dental nearly 20 years experience as a biomedical engineer and for the past seven years has been working within the dental industry, most recently as a technical specialist in x-ray and technology products at Sirona Dental. "Gunz Dental understands that product support is critical to success," said Richard Etherton, Gunz Dental's Business Unit Manager - Equipment, "Len's experience and expertise in digital radiology, combined with dental industry knowledge, will ensure Gunz Dental builds on the already considerable success of its new range of Vatech products by providing a superior level of seamless support, service and technical advice in the highly specialized area of digital radiology." After qualifying as a Biomedical Engineer, Mr Tanne entered the medical industry 18 years ago. He was also a volunteer paramedic for 8 years which provided experience on the clinical side as well as the technical side. "Although I have vast experience in a wide range of equipment, my speciality lies in X-ray," Mr Tanne said. "I'm excited to be joining Gunz Dental in this newly created role and look forward to providing exceptional service to all customers, both internal and external."
