Gritter and Ritter - the perfect combination

Gritter Dental, local distributors for the the well-known Ritter brand of German-made dental equipment, recently held a comprehensive training course in Sydney for "Gritter-Point" dental service technicians and customer service staff. The course was designed to enhance the level of support available Australia-wide for Ritter dental systems.

Mr Jens Bernhardt, an engineer from Ritter, Germany provided instruction.

"Jens placed great emphasis on the areas applying to the construction, operation and maintenance across the entire range of Ritter models," said Leon Gritter, director of Gritter Dental. "Detailed information was provided on the functions available on the advanced CONTACT model, which left attendees extremely impressed with the features included within this comprehensive system. As one of the guys said, 'Now I know why Ritter systems have always been so highly regarded'."

Mr Gritter said Ritter is well known as the company that invented the dental system back in 1877. Many of the features now taken for granted in dental equipment were originally Ritter innovations.

"Ritter equipment remains a leader in dental systems with all equipment being produced in Germany, the only dental equipment manufacturer to do so."
