Free Seminars: Coping with change

Events

Whether it's the abolition of the CDDS, the significant rise in the number of dental graduates, the ever-increasing competitiveness of the marketplace or the economic downturn, we'd all like to be able to look into a crystal ball and know whether we're going to fair well in the future.

With a distinct shortage of reliable fortune-tellers, Centaur Software and Momentum Management have decided to team up to give dentists an opportunity to learn a more reliable method of determining their future through a series of seminars around Australia and New Zealand.

"The savvy 2013 dentist needs to have a good grip on their practice's performance in order to make well informed decisions for their business in the coming years," said Dr Toni Surace.

Dr Surace, a successful Principal Dentist and Managing Director of Momentum Management, will explain during the seminars the importance of numbers and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for all practices. She will show how reports generated from practice management software like Centaur's dental4windows can be used to determine the financial health of your practice and your vulnerability to outside influences.

"The dental industry is evolving rapidly with many practices unclear of the direction they should take," said Dr Gary Secombe, the co-presenter at the seminars. "Digital technology is helping countless practices both large and small to improve patient care and increase efficiency whilst eliminating inefficiencies."

Dr Gary Secombe spent 25 years practising as a dentist before deciding to move into a consulting role with Centaur Software to help other practices embrace the benefits of digital technology in both practice management software and digital x-ray systems. Dr Secombe speaks at various industry events within Australia and New Zealand with most of his consulting taking place out of Adelaide.

You are invited to join these two doctors and learn more about your business and the systems required to guard against the general "ups" and "downs" of this robust economy that will continue to be massaged and changed as time goes on.

This free national seminar is open to the dental community in most capital cities throughout Australia and in Auckland during February and March, however places are limited, so please book early.
