For the fifth time in a row: Dentsply Sirona is awarded "Top Employer" for 2017

Again this year, the world's largest professional dental product manufacturer, Dentsply Sirona, has been honored to receive the prestigious "Top Employer" certification in Austria, Germany and China from the Top Employers Institute. The Netherlands-based certification company has been recognizing Top Employers worldwide since 1991, honoring enterprises for their exceptional personnel programs. The official certification names Sirona Dental Systems as the certification process began in February 2016, before the merger between Sirona and DENTSPLY.

A high-performing, empowering culture for development

The extensive certification program includes a review of nine different topic areas: Talent Strategy, Training and Development, Performance Management, Corporate culture and others. Through Dentsply Sirona's high performance culture, the Company was able to provide the jury with its established culture of progressive ideas and permanent talent investments.
