Implant-supported restorations with gingiva section ("All-On-X") are among the most demanding dental patient cases. With REAX Hybrid, Amann Girrbach raises the fabrication of highly complex restorations to a new level.
With the further development of the Ceramill M-Gin software module, it is now possible to design the superstructure as well as the individual crowns in a single step and without manual post-finishing.
The combination of efficient CAD modules, specially coordinated design parameters and a variety of validated materials make this Ceramill workflow unique. And one can choose from numerous material combinations. The supra-construction can, for example, be made of Ceramill Zolid HT+ zirconia, the CoCr sintered metal Ceramill Sintron or the high-performance polymer Ceramill Peek by Juvora before crowns made of zirconia, glass or hybrid ceramics complete the restoration.
The Ceramill Mind software update 3.14 leaves nothing to be desired for either the dentist or the patient. With the Ceramill Mindforms digital tooth library, which includes a Cutback as well as an optimised Thimble Library, all necessary design variations can be reliably produced in first-class quality, regardless of whether they are monolithically, anatomically or vestibularly reduced.
The result is unprecedented simplicity in fabricating highly complex REAX bridges.
