Astra Tech Australia has installed its unique Cresco' system for delivering precisely fitting and highly aesthetic implant-based bridges and overdentures into two dental laboratories in Australia.

Bob Westerman's Titanium Design and Peter Vryonis' Custom Design Implantology are now accepting cases from dental labs looking to offer the service to their dentist clients. The system has the ability to correct the casting distortion associated with traditional metalwork and deliver a precisely fitting construction. The system is platform independent with full freedom in terms of choice of implant system or framework material. Astra Tech are offering short courses to become a certified Cresco Method Lab which fully explains the system and the precisioning process that involves cutting and laser welding the appliance in the specialised Cresco "jig".
