Dentsply Sirona to transfer its SICAT shares to the management of SICAT

Dentsply Sirona will sell its shares of SICAT GmbH & Co. KG to HICAT GmbH, which is owned by the management and employees of SICAT. Starting today, the company will be wholly owned by SICAT management and its employees. The two companies will continue their strategic partnership, without changes for their customers. The existing SICAT products that are sold by Dentsply Sirona will continue to be offered as usual.
