Melbourne-based dental surgery design specialists and boutique equipment suppliers, Dentequip, have expanded into new offices that incorporate a showroom in Brooklyn. An open night to launch the new facilities at the end of October was well-attended by their many clients and network of industry representatives.
"Moving to new premises is always an energizing time," said Dentequip principal, Cale Ziola, "and particularly so in this case as the new premises represents exactly what our clients asked for from us.
"We have built Victoria's first fully functional dental showroom with custom-built cabinetry, in-built flooring samples and wide ranging equipment options. The innovative layout provides practitioners and support staff with the ability to visualise and simulate their surgery design preferences rather than limiting their vision to plans and concepts."
In his 10th year servicing the dental industry, Mr Ziola is proud of the progress Dentequip has made, with the company now being able to create and completely fit-out a dental practice including all building works and equipment supply, making it the only Victorian company of its kind.
Equipment supplied by Dentequip is a result of having 'cherry-picked' what they believe are the best solutions on the market. These include dental chairs, dental units, dental lights, x-ray machines, intra oral cameras, handpieces, sterilisation equipment, plant room equipment, OPGs, cone beam scanners and other radiography equipment. All equipment installations and regular servicing are also provided by the company.
"We also offer a complete practice design and building service that draws on our extensive technical knowledge of the specific needs of a purpose-built dental practice. We can maximise the efficiency of your daily procedures by creating a practice that works around you with striking ergonomic design ensuring effective branding image and working capacity.
"Our project managers have a sound working knowledge of the regulations and requirements specific to the dental industry which ensures your projects are completed correct, first time, every time. From brand new buildings, renovations or extensions, rest assured your practice is in the safe hands of a dental industry professional, knowledgeable in the needs of your practice."
Mr Ziola said Dentequip was also able to supply and install amalgam retention devices as outlined by the ADAVB as well as offer specialised trade services to make certain that repairs, alterations and renovations do not hinder the efficiency of practices and all dental and medical regulations are followed.
