Dental Axess completes its digital solutions range with CAMforce

Partnerships and collaborations

Dental Axess has announced the foundation of its sister company, CAMforce, specializing in dental manufacturing solutions. Building onto Dental Axess's extensive experience in CAD solutions, CAMforce specialises in open manufacturing technology such as milling and 3D printing.

CAMforce complements Dental Axess's market leading manufacturing network, consisting of 12 independent milling centres with in-house manufacturing solutions.

"There is increasing demand for in-house production from our customers and as such, it makes sense to take this next step in order to provide a complete digital workflow from scan and design to production of the restoration," said Per Claesson, Director of Dental Axess. "Together with CAMforce, we can provide turnkey solutions completing the full digital circle incorporating digital impressions, design and manufacturing software, production equipment and consumables."

CAMforce has partnered with imes-icore to provide the Australian and New Zealand markets with an extensive assortment of 8 different milling machines in various sizes ranging from the COREiTEC 140i suited for small laboratories to the COREiTEC 750i which is already in use by several milling centres in Australia.

imes-icore has extensive experience in dental CNC milling and sets a new standard with its quality and future-oriented technology using only the best professional machine components available such as Jäger spindles and robust construction involving granite bases.

The product offering from imes-icore is completely open meaning the customer can decide which CAD and CAM option they would like to utilize. In addition, the customer is free to source materials and accessories without being locked to one provider.

"We are very excited about the partnership with imes-icore which enables us to provide unique solutions tailored to customers individual needs," said CAMforce director Lachlan Thompson.

CAMforce will also offer a full range of accessories such as materials/blanks, colour liquids, prosthetic components, milling tools and equipment through its online shop at www.camforce.com.au
