Changing of the guard at RJ Dental

Brisbane A-dec dealer, RJ Dental has appointed Chris Green as its new managing director, taking over from company founder, Ross Jones.

Ross is a well-known figure in dental circles, with 35 years experience in the dental industry, including many years as an authorised A-dec dealer located in Brisbane.

Chris Green is well versed with RJ Dental’s operations, having served as both a dental equipment technician and sales representative with the company for eight years.

Chris is married to Ross’s daughter, Sally. The couple purchased the business on July 1.

Ross Jones will continue on with the company in a technical support capacity, but will very much take a back seat role now that Chris has taken over the business and day-to-day management of the team.

The new ownership continues the tradition of RJ Dental as a family-owned company with a commitment to outstanding service, quality products and advice for its customers.

As an A-dec Authorised Dealer, RJ Dental supplies, installs and services A-dec, W&H and Acteon equipment, in addition to Cattani and Dürr compressors and suction systems. As experienced technicians, RJ Dental can also support a range of other dental specific equipment.

The RJ Dental sales and service team participates in manufacturer’s sales and technical training courses conducted by A-dec, W&H and Acteon, to ensure it is up to date with new products and service requirements.

The company will continue to operate from its showroom and service workshop at 155 Wellington Road East Brisbane.
