Cervitec Gel survey: Users praise handling and taste

In a survey conducted by Ivoclar Vivadent among dentists and their teams, participants were asked to rate Cervitec Gel.

The 193 completed questionnaires showed that users are satisfied with the optimised care formula of Cervitec Gel. 80% of the participating dental professionals evaluated the most important characteristics of the optimised oral care gel. The product’s mild taste was considered to be a major advantage, since it is responsible for a high level of patient compliance. 99% of the respondents were pleased with the fact that the optimised Cervitec Gel contains other ingredients in addition to chlorhexidine. 90% of the customers preferred the consistency and handling of the gel in the tube featuring a fine dispensing tip compared to other conventional chlorhexidine-containing gels. The optimised formula of Cervitec Gel contains chlorhexidine, fluoride, xylitol and the provitamin D-panthenol. Cervitec Gel assists in the treatment of gingivitis, mucositis, denture stomatitis, periodontitis and peri-implantitis and in reducing elevated bacterial loads.
