Ceramill Suite 3.8 with enormous extensions in indications and functions

With the most comprehensive software update in the company's history, Amann Girrbach catapults digital workflow in the dental laboratory to a new level.

Version 3.8 of the Ceramill Suite comprehensively optimises numerous features and adds new, innovative functions. As a pioneer of fully integrated digital workflows, Amann Girrbach also expands its application options in the field of complex restorations. Even implant-supported, long-span bridges or full dentures can now be created in simple, reliable CAD/CAM workflows.

In concrete terms, the Ceramill Suite 3.8 offers the following improvements, among others: the Ceramill Full Denture System FDS has been supplemented with dental libraries from VITA and Merz. With the full workflow integration of the Vita Vionic and Baltic Denture System (BDS), laboratories now have the most comprehensive range for digital prostheses and can thus cover all requirements - from maximum individuality to maximum efficiency.

New scanning features raise the performance of all existing type Map 400 and Map 200 scanners to a new level at no extra cost. Numerous improvements in the handling of the software suite ensure greater convenience and more efficient working. The laboratories also gain additional options by integrating all materials of the Zolid DNA generation including the groundbreaking Zolid HT+. This new generation of materials guarantees maximum aesthetics with the customary strength of 1100 MPa and is now also available in the form of pre-stained blanks in 16 Vita shades.

Registered customers can download the update from March 2018 via the customer portal Ceramill Customer Center (C3).
