Centaur Software, developers of Dental 4 Windows practice management software, has won the 2004 Australian Achiever Award for Sydney's Computer Systems & Internet Services & Supplies category.
The company has previously also won this distinction in both 2002 and 2003.
Now in its seventh year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a businesses' own customers - an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy and worthy of praise.
The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
Centaur Software achieved a 97.99% overall score for Customer Service and Relations, topping all other Sydney Computer Systems & Internet Services & Supplies businesses. The 2004 Australian Achiever Award shows that Centaur Software remains highly consistent in it's delivery of customer satisfaction.

The business specialises in Practice Management Systems for Dentists (Dental 4 Windows SQL) and Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors and all other Allied health providers (Practice Studio SQL).
