Carl Zeiss appoints Dental Optical Specialist/Dental Business Development Manager

Leading optical instrument manufacturer and supplier, Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd, has appointed Mr Stephen Medcalf to the position of Dental Optical Specialist/Dental Business Development Manager to work closely with its local dental distributor, Henry Schein Halas, promoting dental loupes and microscopes in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Medcalf began his career with a degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry from the University of Sydney and comes to Carl Zeiss with 12 years experience in clinical microbiology followed by 24 years experience in sales and marketing of optical instruments including a sales/product management role with Nikon and senior sales and marketing roles with Leica Microsystems. Carl Zeiss and Henry Schein Halas will continue as partners to deliver the very best optical and ergonomic magnification systems to the Australian and New Zealand Dental markets.
