Following the success of both the Biolase dental lasers, Waterlase and the Twilite, the company has decided to strengthen local support by basing one of their laser technicians in Australia with agents Dental Medical Technologies.
Yarrek Bialkowski, who has vast experience with lasers, electronic and fibre-optics engineering and computer programming, will join the DMT laser service team. At present, DMT laser technicians undergo a minimum of two weeks factory training at Biolase in California and will now benefit from Mr Bialkowski's considerable knowledge. "With Biolase selling 10 times the number of all other dental lasers combined in the USA," said DMT sales & marketing manager, Peter Mackley. "A true commitment to service and support has placed them at the forefront of the dental laser business. This philosophy is one that Dental Medical Technologies also embraces and as such we have committed two additional staff to the laser support role."
