Septodont's Biodentine "bioactive" dentine substitute now has more than 500 scientific publications supporting the major benefits it brings in restorative, endodontic and paediatric procedures.
"We are very happy and proud to share that there are now more than 500 publications on Pubmed supporting the major benefits Biodentine brings in restorative, endodontic and pediatric procedures," Septodont stated on its website. "I am not surprised that published research on Biodentine has reached the 500+ article mark," said Josette Camilleri, BChD, MPhil, PhD, FICD, FADM, FIMMM, FHEA. "I have to add that I have contributed as well to this success. We are living in a new era of hydraulic materials and the high publication output means the knowledge on these materials is increasing. Biodentine certainly deserves the attention it is getting by the scientific community. We certainly have exciting times ahead".
