Bausch display largest ever at IDS

German manufacturer of articulating and occlusion test materials, Dr Jean Bausch KG, the parent company of Bausch Articulating Papers (Australasia), had its largest ever presence at IDS 2005.

"Bausch is experiencing tremendous growth around the world," said Milan Rajek, managing director of the Asia Pacific operation. "We have been making a concerted effort in recent years to better educate dentists, prosthetists and dental technicians in the multitude of uses for our unique product range and as a result, they are finding them to be invaluable tools to streamline everyday practice.

"Our large presence at the IDS reflected the increased demand in our products and we were able to both provide a venue to see all our products in one place and to see each product's full range of indications demonstrated. In addition, we were able to include a hospitality area so that our clients could meet and relax in a less formal atmosphere."

Mr Rajek said that the establishment of the Asia Pacific subsidiary in 2004 demonstrated Bausch's expanded commitment to the Australian and New Zealand markets and had brought users of Bausch products closer to the manufacturer in terms of service and support.

Bausch is one of the world's leading manufacturers in its market segment and offers an extensive range of different articulating test films in multiple shapes, sizes and colours. Bausch products are distributed in more than 130 countries.
