Australia Post delivers First

Kudos from John Toole at handpiece repair specialists First Dental to Australia Post for delivering an unaddressed parcel to their offices based on the way it looked alone.

"Every time we service a handpiece, we send an extra padded bag and a container back to the dentist to use the next time," Mr Toole said. "The other day, the postman arrived with a plain white padded bag with no address on it and no return address either and said that he thought it looked like one of ours. On opening it, sure enough, it contained a handpiece and an order form. I guess we must be getting so many of these now that the post office can distinguish one of our parcels that easily!"
