The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) has organised a Study Tour of Singapore for members of the dental industry coinciding with the IDEM Singapore 2012 dental exhibition and meeting in April.
"The Australian Dental Industry Association is continually looking at ways to assist our members to explore the opportunities available in overseas markets," said Troy Williams, ADIA Executive Officer. "The 2012 ADIA Singapore Study Tour combines a visit to IDEM Singapore 2012 together with meetings with businesses and key stakeholders in Singapore and allows individuals within the dental industry the opportunity to keep up-to-date with changes to the commercial, technical and regulatory environment there."
"The industry networking events that are incorporated within the Study Tour allows you to reflect on the most important issues or plans facing your organisation right now and seek the advice and guidance of your peers. In a relaxing atmosphere, you can canvass options to tackle ideas and review the experience of others within the dental industry."
The ADIA has organised a complete package that includes:
- Discounted airfares (ex. Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney) on Qantas;
- Four star accommodation within walking distance of the exhibition;
- Air-conditioned coach transfers to and from meetings and tours;
- Entry to the IDEM Singapore 2012 dental exhibition;
- Entry to various attractions; and
- Meals and social events as listed in the tour itinerary.
"The study tour itinerary affords you amble opportunity to visit the trade show, attend industry briefings and also see all that Singapore has to offer as you attend a number of industry networking events at key attractions," Mr Williams said.
"With the support of the Singapore Ministry of Health and the business community in Singapore, we are also finalising a series of meetings within the Singapore healthcare sector and business community."
The 2012 Australian Dental Industry Association Singapore Study Tour will take place from April 19-25, 2012. For more info, see www.adia.org.au/singapore or contact Ms Alison Parry at the ADIA via email at events@adia.org.au or call 1300-943-094.
